Copilot x Surface devices
Microsoft needed a standout virtual keynote to launch two new Surface devices. They chose us to create real-time 3D environments as a backdrop for the presentation.
We partnered with virtual production designers to build four lightweight, photo-realistic environments in Unreal Engine. We used the studio's virtual camera tool for dynamic shots and overcame the technical challenges of optimizing files for smooth rendering and translating real-world camera moves into CG.
The outcome was a dazzling virtual production that helped Microsoft tell a Surface-focused story in a fresh, innovative way.
